I ordered this Personalised gift on Tuesday 02/06/20 and it was dispatched the same day, literally within 3 hrs MAX of placing my order. I was absolutely shocked but happy to know it was on its way meaning i had plenty of time to find a replacement had it not been up to scratch... I received a knock at my door from Royal Mail on Friday 05/06/20 to find a parcel in my doorway and BOY was i surprised when i opened it. As i had not been expecting this to arrive until at least the 08/06/20 maybe later i was absolutely delighted when i took out the black box and removed the lid for a peak inside... Honestly the item is so well made and EXACTLY how i asked it to be, the correct font used, no spelling mistakes or typing errors at all. The packaging is fantastic, the straw/hay like lining of the box is perfect and filled very well so to not look sparse or cheap. My 9 year old son helped me pick this out for his dad for fathers day and he is so pleased with how it arrived with a big WOW when he looked at it. Thank you for such a lovely personal well made item.

This did exactly as it says on the tin. I gifted this for Father's Day, and was really impressed with the reaction from my dad. The item itself arrived promptly, and the gift box and presentation were excellent. The personalisation was exactly as I had requested, and made it feel very special as a gift. The one thing I can't comment on is the durability as it was given during lockdown so I haven't witnessed it being used, but so far, so good!
