The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed with this product. My wife's face lit up when she took it out of the box but soon turned into a frown after taking the plastic cover off. No care or consideration was taken in making this product and this being advertised as a special gift for the person you love. The print is smudged and it looks like over-spray all over. Really bad scratches and then the Spotify link don't even work. It's a great idea but there is no quality or crafting skills applied here. I will ask for my money back.

The product in general is a good product, but if you are looking for something that looks appealing and more modernised, I would not go for this. This is due to the how large the writing is. The image looks great on the spotify plaque but the writing throws it off. How they have advertised the product to be is just slightly different. When I received the package the glass went over the wooden border on the bottom. It was also extremely hard to peel the clear film (I do have acrylics on) so maybe that is why. Overall the product is decent.

This is a photo of my Grandad and one of his favourite songs his used to sing. The plaque was going to be a present for my dad for Christmas, however, I'm disappointed with the quality of this product. It looks fine with the light turned off, but that's not the idea. I have removed the film and ensured the item was clean, however, the marks just don't budge and are on show when the light is in use. There is also a slight scratch just above my Grandad's ear, which isn't part of the original photo, and a scratch on the play button. I'm disappointed.
