Positive is it is good photo quality and looks good when cleaned. Slightly scratched and needed a clean before I gave the gift to my family for their special occasion. Sadly there are no instructions in packaging of how to scan the music so it played. The customised magnets for fridge is a better idea.

It was a Christmas gift for my stepmother who is in her late 60's. My father passed away on Mother's Day 4 years ago. I thought it would be a great gift for my stepmother with their picture and the song Three Times a Lady by the Commadoors. First of all it comes with no instructions. I reached out to the seller who stated. She had to download Spotify. Hold the camera up to it. . That didn't work. I live in another state and was trying to assist her in getting it to work by phone. I found a video on YouTube on how to get it to work. I sent it to her. She downloaded Spotify tried following the video instructions, still unsuccessful in getting it to work. My sister came over who listen to songs from the Spotify app. She tried scanning it and she also couldn't get it to work. I saw where some customer's said it wouldn't work for them. But ther where also customer's who got it to work. I guess we can be added to the customer's who can't get it to work. They also advertise no returns. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
